Easter Activities!

This afternoon, Room 14 were very lucky to be treated with a special Easter Egg hunt during class! In preparation for the hunt, everyone made a small Easter Bunny basket to place their chocolate eggs in. The students had to colour, cut out and glue the edges together to create a cube-like shape for their basket. It was fantastic to see so many people helping one another once they had finished their own work!

After lunch, the egg hunt began! We had to search the entire classroom to find five eggs each. Everyone was searching inside boxes, underneath shelves, on top of windowsills and inside trays. It was a very exciting afternoon!

At the end of the day, Brookyln had treated us to special bunny cupcakes which were kindly baked by himself and his mum! They looked fantastic and were delicious! Another big thank you to children and parents who brought in gifts for Ms Peake and myself. We will definitely be enjoying our treats this weekend!
Today was definitely a great way to bring in the upcoming Easter break.

Fabulous Easter Bunny cupcakes enjoyed by Room 14!

Have a lovely Easter and long weekend everyone. We will see you all next Wednesday!
